The challenge

A good product with little sales activity

ROM Fragrance sells candles inspired by destinations. On Amazon, the brand had a product people could love but almost no sales momentum.

In the baseline week, the account had just nine orders, and the storefront and product content needed work too.

The strategy

Fix ads, pricing, and content together

A small account can't wait on one lever. We worked on three at once.

Amazon PPC

We restructured and optimized advertising to put spend behind the searches that produced orders.

Promotional pricing

We used promotions to lift conversion rates.

Storefront and product content

We improved the brand's Amazon storefront and listings so shoppers who clicked had a reason to buy.

The result

55 orders in week 12

  • 9 to 55 weekly orders (46 more orders, 6.1x the baseline)
  • $1,659.12 in total sales in the most recent week
  • $1,169.38 of that came from advertising

Ads drove about 70% of total sales that week, so the account now has a real base of demand to build on.

Ads, pricing, and content changes ran together, so we can't credit the growth to any single change. That's how most Amazon accounts grow.

What's next

Product images and A+ Content are still in progress. The next goals are to improve ad efficiency and keep the weekly volume climbing.
